Inclusion
Inclusion by Design
Inclusion at Newham PRUs School means equity in action. It is our commitment to breaking down barriers, celebrating individuality, and creating a safe, nurturing, and ambitious environment where every young person can achieve their full potential.
Inclusion is at the heart of everything we do. We are deeply committed to ensuring that every pupil, regardless of their background, challenge, or circumstance, has an equitable and ambitious educational experience.
What does Inclusion mean to us?
Inclusion at Newham PRUs School is defined by a consistent, proactive, and professionally curious approach to supporting every child.
We are committed to providing access to meaningful, impactful education and learning experiences, driven by a deep sense of inquiry into the most effective ways to meet individual needs. Our reflective professional approaches ensure we are continually evaluating and refining our practice to effectively break down barriers and celebrate individuality.
This commitment is underpinned by the rigorous and continuous application of the Assess, Plan, Do, Review (APDR) cycle. We emphasise the delivery of high-quality, evidence-based interventions and support that are precisely planned, tracked and reviewed for impact.
We are dedicated to creating a safe, nurturing, and ambitious environment where we utilise everything within our capacity to enable every young person to achieve their full potential and successfully move on to the next stage of their education.
